The reason you need these are because GMOD (Garry's Mod) runs off of the Source Engine. Most of the textures from your favorite servers are using recycled Source Textures. Hi everyone, I really need your help because my Garry's Mod texture are seriously messed up, resulting in massive lag when playing. By 'messed up' I don't just mean purple and black squares of death. It kinda looks like I'm high. [IMG][IMG]As you can see, the world looks like a multi-colored light is being shone on it. Note: This doesn't affect the skybox elements or the players/viewmodels. How did it all start? I was learning how to make maps in Hammer for GMod and I made a test map. I didn't add a sky box (as it's completely closed off and leak-less) nor did I add lighting elements. I'm not sure if this is the cause, but GMod was working perfectly before I tested this map for the first few times. This problem affects all maps, except my test box map that I mentioned earlier. When I made yet another map in hammer, it messes up too. I have no idea how to fix this, and I need you guys' help, as I'm making a small Machinima soon. I apologize for the gigantic pictures.
